1. Introduction
Strateq Systems Sdn Bhd ("Strateq"), as the developer and operator of this Portal on behalf of PETRONAS, is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all users. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
2. Data We Collect
We collect login credentials (username and session tokens), device interaction data, access timestamps and audit logs, GPS coordinates for enrolled devices, and user activity records within the Portal.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data is used exclusively to monitor MDM device health and compliance, facilitate technical support and incident response, maintain audit trails for security and governance, generate operational reports, and enforce role-based access controls.
4. Data Retention
Personal and operational data is retained for a minimum of 12 months or as required by PETRONAS internal data governance policies. Upon termination of access, credentials and session data will be deactivated and scheduled for secure deletion.
5. Third-Party Access
Data held within this Portal is not sold or shared with external third parties. Access is limited to authorised PETRONAS personnel, Strateq Systems support engineers (subject to NDA), and ManageEngine MDM platform under contractual data processing agreements.
6. Your Rights
Under PDPA 2010, you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for processing of your personal data. Requests may be directed to your system administrator or the Strateq Systems support team.

1. Authorised Use Only
Access to this Portal is restricted to authorised PETRONAS personnel and approved Strateq Systems technical staff. Unauthorised access, sharing of credentials, or misuse of Portal functions constitutes a breach of PETRONAS's IT Security Policy and may result in disciplinary action or legal proceedings.
2. User Responsibilities
By accessing this Portal, you agree to keep your login credentials strictly confidential, not share your account with any other individual, log out after each session especially on shared devices, report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to the IT Security team, and use Portal features solely for legitimate operational purposes.
3. Role-Based Access Control
Access within the Portal is governed by defined roles: Dev, Admin, User, and Monitor. Each role carries specific permissions. You are responsible for operating strictly within the permissions assigned to your role. Requests for role changes must be submitted through the official IT access request process.
4. Audit & Monitoring
All actions performed within this Portal are logged in an immutable audit trail, including device renames, GPS overrides, credential access, configuration changes, and force sync operations. These logs are accessible to Strateq Systems administrators and authorised PETRONAS personnel, and may be reviewed for compliance and security purposes at any time.
5. Acceptable Use of Credentials
Station credentials and sensitive configuration data accessible through this Portal are classified as confidential. TOTP-gated access controls are in place for credential retrieval. Copying or transmitting these credentials outside of sanctioned operational channels is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Strateq Systems Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for operational disruptions arising from user error, misuse of Portal features, or actions taken outside the scope of authorised use. Users assume full responsibility for actions performed under their authenticated session.
7. Changes to Terms
Strateq Systems reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Portal following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
